should i give formula milk till my baby is 6 month or i can give cow milk as well also please tell me can i give nebulizer to the baby in case of cold she is 1 month old

I had a very bad experience with cow milk for my 2 month old daughter. start at 1 year with dilution n 1 feed a day. pls give formula milk if mother's milk is having concerns. for nebulizer pls consult your doctor.
