Q.
Should I be worried if my 14 month old boy has not spoken any word yet ? Sometime he says Amba randomly but mostly only voices hmm ,huh .. he is active child who can understand basic commands , plays with his elder brother

Every think that you are mentioning is normal but it is just a speech delay I believe it’s better to check with your doctor because every thing is going well when it comes to mental and physical growth of the child but speech delay is there and there would be various reasons for it so just consult a speech therapist
