Should a 4 year old take an afternoon nap?? My daughter is 4 years old , she is in a stage where is I make her take an afternoon nap she will struggle to fall asleep in the night, and if I don’t make her take a nap she will be very cranky.. please suggest what to do?

Maam I’ve done the same thing when my daughter was in the similar age I stopped giving her the daytime nap I do agree it’s very irritating for the kid but if you pass those two days somehow managing that irritation trust me it would be good as by this age it would be good if your child sleeps by 8 o’clock or 830 in the night with a child can wake up fresh because sleep for 9 to 10 hours is still very important in this age
