she was alright till night she woke up fresh but suddenly she vomited in the morning than he mother feeded her with cow milk and after an hour she vomited again

You should avoid giving cow milk to the child I do not know from how long are you giving it but maybe the child is unable to process that milk so avoid giving that stick to breastfeeding only for the timing and still if the vomiting is persistent then please consult your doctor
