A. hi to prevent vomiting ,I advise to give mixture of honey + cinnamon powder ,give it in one tsp quantity twice in a day. keep your child well hydrated give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more which will help to maintain good bacteria in intestine. give food in small bites but please don't force feed or overfeed your child. maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer
