she refuses to take iron drops. if I can replace drops with any kind of food, please suggest. #asktheexpert

A. you have to give food rich in iron which is present in cereals pulses jaggery dates green leafy vegetables . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

A. Give Good amount of beetroot to your child on a regular basis that’s one of the most natural substitute for iron in the body so give that and if your dog child is not liking I didn’t syrup or something then you should consult your doctor and get it changed
