she is vry wk ...her health iss vry down...plz give me some healthy diet which are helpful to increase her weight...

A. dear mom along with calories give her good protiens like dals, eggs. chicken paneer, soya, tofu, curds milkshakes lassi mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee sheera paneer or egg paratha

A. Give her good immunity rich foods if she is weak. best immunity rich foods are. give carrots regularly, include to give a vegetable and fruit everyday. Add garlic and ginger to daily food.Green leafy vegetables. Oats, Wheat, Egg, Fish, More of citrus fruits, Nuts, Mushroom Chicken soup, CabbagePlenty of water, Brown rice, Broccoli, Sweet potatoes, Give vitamin supplements by checking with your doctor if required On time vaccination is also important to give your kid.
