babies usually get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age 15-18 months.
so don't worry and wait for some more time meanwhile keep checking for the signs of teething such as excessive drooling of saliva, swollen and itching in gums.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear dear parent, baby’s first tooth can erupt anytime in between 4th month to 15 th month of baby’s age.
But beyond that period you must consult with your paediatric. Also massage your baby’s gums with clean cloth or give well washed tether. That will help in biting.
