Q.
she is not urinating properly since two days...she is also facing problem of severe constipation...what to do...plz guide me

Mout laxative you can give to the child that is going to help in clearing the system within 3 to 5 hours but why your child is not urinating properly that you have to see maybe you’re not giving enough amount of liquid to maintain hydration which is why the urine output is also low and the constipation can also happen because of the same
