she is not eating food always vomit

Hello mom make sure you avoid force feeding the baby as that does no good , also notice the quantity of the food given to him , if it’s as much he can take it comfortably . Inspite of this if he is Vomits then that indicates that their is some tummy issue consult the doctor for medication
