she is late in speaking as her age 20 months but only says mumma n papa...... what to do???? little tensed for that..... should visit doctor???

I do understand your concern but I would like to inform you that some kids pick up by the age of 2 1/2 years also so try and communicate more with your child don’t give any time because can also be a reason and verbal communicate eventually over the period of child is going to learn better so that is just what you need to focus on
