ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 4-6 months upto the age of 15-18 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething such as swollen and hardened gums

Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Use Babyhug teether. Good luck and take care.
