she is 3months old i am giving her vitamin d3 drops i want to know should I give multivitamin drops also..???

If your doctor has advised to give multivitamin Rob then you should definitely go ahead with that and if not can you should not be because multivitamins are only given on your doctors advise otherwise it would not be advisable to be giving it to the child
