Q.
she has high grade fever and throat infection the fever is 103 f and doctor said it take time . and said for giving her plane pcm and amoxy clav suspension but fever is not controlled . fever comes in every 4-5 hours can I give her plain ibugesic for fever high grade after 3 hrs of paracetamol.

You have to give medicine every six hours to the child which is what you need to do and if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours you can consult your doctor for further assessment and the medicine that has been suggesting suggested is good enough but before six hours
