Q.

she has developed small pimples all over the legs and palm.. I'm giving allerid syrup 5Ml twice a day.. but its of no help

A. apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on it.

A. hi it happens because of many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics ,heat or sweating or infection. dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your child hydrated keep an eye on your child diet skip suspected cosmetics. keep your child in well vantileted room maintain good hygiene
