Q.
she has constipation prblm since she born, have small balls shape stool n some times have blood also. she also doesn't want to drink water. please suggest the remedies.

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. You can include fiber rich fruits and vegetables in the child's regular diet. Give plenty of water. She may like jeera water taste. You can give a ripe banana and raisins daily. An unripe or under ripe banana can worsen the constipation. So choose the banana carefully. Also avoid bakery products like biscuits, cookies, bread, cake etc.,
