Mid morning : breast milk or formula milk
Lunch : for the first 4 days, it should be mother's milk or formula milk. Later from 5th day onwards, you can give either of these : moong Dal soup, dal spinach soup, stewed apple, stewed pear, rice porridge, rice porridge with mashed carrot, spinach pumpkin puree, lauki moong Dal soup, tomato pumpkin soup, lauki rice, palak khichdi, ragi moong Dal soup.
Evening : Breast milk or formula milk
Dinner : Breast milk or formula milk

Now your baby is six months old so you can start giving solids and water. In starting few days give everything in a fluids form. Like Dal ka pani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit purée. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan. Baby should take at least four meals in a day
