ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist2 years agoA. Dear ma’am, you can introduce but start with few teaspoons initially and introduce during the morning time. Try for a couple of days and watch for any symptoms. If it suits your kid then you may gradually increase the quantity but not more than 350-400ml per day
