Shall I start giving date syrup for my baby?mine is premature delivery,so had some issues with digestion...shall I give dry fruits nw?

A. avoid giving date syrup. avoid processed food as it is very high in sugar content. better to give soaked and mashed whole dates which are also rich in fibres and not present in the syrup. you can give powdered nuts like almond peanut cashew nut Walnut to your baby.
