Shall I give egg to my boy . His dob is April 24 2025, if so which one is introduced first egg white or egg yolk ? Pls explain clearly

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 days agoA. Namaste MOm, As the baby is below the age of 1 hence ideal to introduce eggs now but only yolk for now, as the whole egg is recommended from the age of 1,

See from the age of 10 months you can introduce egg and white from the age of 13 months from the age of 11 months onwards you can introduce chicken and fish different varieties so this is how you can give it to the child as of now child is eight months so it’s not advisable to start with non-vegetarian
