Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. there is no problem in using pacifier / nipple / teether/ soother if cleaned. the problem arises when it falls down and goes again inside the oral cavity of the child without proper cleaning and sterilization. if it is not cleaned and goes in the oral cavity can cause infection and cough and cold andf loose motion

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes you can give your baby silicone based teether at this age as babies start teething process and also start bc21 homeopathy medicine for better teething process. Thanks and take care
