severe earache during 7 month of pregnancy.severe cold and throat pain.wat mangament to reduce all these symptoms plz help?

Drinking warm tea or gargling with lukewarm salt water solution also helps prevent dry cough.
Getting enough sleep will help heal your body and stimulate recovery.

All these symptoms are due to cold weather and if you have ear ace then you can put some saline drops in ears or you can put warm oil in ear also,and for cold take steam,and for throat cold you can take ginger drops in spoon and mix it with one spoon honey and mix them and eat two spoon in a day and do gargle also with salt water.
