Sever constipation aur blood in potty ,cough

Would be due to severe constipation that the blood is also coming out the motion could be really very tight so you should check with your doctor for the time being where you can give stool softener for easy motion and try to include more of fibres and fluids in the diet and start giving 30 ML of prune juice in the night before sleeping
