second pregnancy. my first born throws tantrums etc etc why i feel so annoyed angry i shout and also cry at same time as its not in my control. why is it happening? and any solution to overcome this

Try Yoga and Meditation for better physical and mental health. It is important to maintain a very good positive surrounding for yourself and definitely for your elder child .
