Growing a baby while raising a toddler is one of the hardest combinations there is. Your body is tired, your hormones are loud, and your toddler is still demanding. Of course you feel angry and cry. That is a full plate, not a failure.
Please don't carry this alone. Hand the toddler to your husband or family for an hour each day and rest without guilt. Lower your standards for everything that is not safety - meals, screen time, a messy house. Survival mode is allowed.
With your first born, connection over correction. Ten minutes of sitting with him, playing what he wants, fills his cup so the tantrums reduce.
And be kind to yourself after you shout. Repair it. 'Mumma got angry. I am sorry. I love you.' That repair teaches him more than perfection ever will.
You are doing enough.

Try Yoga and Meditation for better physical and mental health. It is important to maintain a very good positive surrounding for yourself and definitely for your elder child .
