Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be ubused in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated hfrequently .

Sinarist AF paediatric drops you can give to the child five drops thrice in a day you can offer to the child further I would just recommend you kindly consult your paediatric also if they need to advise you with any other medication medication to start with
