Q.

Running 29 weeks 5 days. Daily Routine for Eating (Veg.) and Yoga/Pranayam. Body Syntoms are Loose motion sometimes 2 to 3 in day for 2 days. Now it's ok. Please suggest how to healthy..? Date is 02 Oct

A. Lose motions could be due to some reason you need to check with your doctor regarding that apart from that what you are doing is good enough there’s nothing extra you need to do apart from that yes I can tell you that you should do at least thousand steps per day on the minimum side that really helps a lot in maintaining health and normal delivery
