right side ear ๐Ÿ‘‚ infection

A. A right-side ear infection in a 4-month-old baby can cause discomfort, crying, trouble feeding, or poor sleep. Babies this age canโ€™t express pain clearly, but signs like pulling the ear, fever, irritability, or fluid discharge from the ear may indicate an infection. Ear infections are usually caused by a cold or blocked Eustachian tubes, which trap fluid behind the eardrum and allow bacteria to grow. It's important to see a pediatrician as early as possible. They may prescribe antibiotic ear drops or oral antibiotics, depending on the severity. In the meantime, hold the baby upright during feeding, keep the head slightly elevated, and avoid letting milk enter the ear area. Donโ€™t use any home remedies or drops without the doctorโ€™s advice. Most babies recover well with proper treatment.
