right now I am having 3 months baby .. can I have Omega 3 fatty acid capsule..so there won't be any side effects on baby??

If you are a breastfeeding mother then you should not take this medication because it can kill the nutrition’s baby is getting through your milk. And if you are not feeding your baby then yes you can take all such medication it will not affect babies health at all
