Q.

Respected Doctors, my son is 50 days old. How much formula milk has to be given. Am giving 60 ml. After sometime of drinking he is vomiting it. so kindly suggest how many ml can be given?

A. Hi Mum , For a 50 day old child , 60ml is quite nominal. Formula feed also depends on baby’s weight. So , if your child is above 4 kgs for example , he/she should be consuming somewhere between 100-150ml.

Actually 60 ML is quite an ideal amount of milk that you can offer to the child but I’d like to tell you at the very same time vomiting is also very common and normal with kids but still if you want you can shift about 40 to 50 ML of milk I think that’s going to be more appropriate for theWrite Your Answer Here
