Q.
Respected Doctor, My son aged 3 years 1 month took meningococcal vaccine on 29th Dec 2022 , today he is having fever 102 (may be his cousin is having viral fever from last 3 days)... Can we give Meftagesic P (paracetmol 125mg and mefenamic acid 50mg) or only paracetmol? please suggest as only paracetamol temperature is not comming down.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. better to give only paracetamol safe for the baby hhfor further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
