Respected Doctor, My child is 4.7 kg at 3 months and 22 days old ... her birth weight was 3 kg..... Is it normal.... she takes 7 feeds of 140 ml each..... cranky only when feeding rest active and a happy baby.... plz suggest

Your child should gain about 1600 g minimum by the age of completing phone has it is already 1700 g so it’s so very very healthy weight gain secondly I don’t know oh I just feel that you’re over feeding the child because by the age of 3 to 4 months De appetite of the child is somewhere around or 90 to 120 ML at one time
