Stretch marks after delivery are very common and these can be reduced by including protein and fiber rich foids in the diet along with variety of fluids. Apply Bio oil or coconut oil with aloevera gel on affected areas twice a day after cleaning and drying the skin. Start doing skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, breathing and Yogasanas.
