A. Some babies need some sleep associations to get them to sleep. They may suck their thumb or may suck some cloth or hold something or touch something constantly. Try to remove the cloth from the babies mouth after he falls asleep. Slowly try to deviate the child and get him to sleep with a soft toy or something else which he can hold close to him. Make him very tired in the evening, feed him well and put him to sleep by telling some story. He should doze off on his own.
