It has already been transferred to the First Cry wallet then you cannot transfer it into the bank account now you have to shop and use that money but whenever you want your money to be banking bank in your bank account when you put in a refund they always asked you where do you want your money then you click the option of bank account and enter the details required and they will transfer into your bank account
