A. It is safe to eat red snapper, but amount of consumption should be limited... but I would suggest you to avoid giving now as their are many new cases of corona virus are in India.. better to offer greeen only..

A. I would suggest you to aviud this to your child till the completion of 2 years of age as thus is an very allergic food so take care and all the best for you and your child

A. I dont think that is a good choice. you may give safer options of protein to your child like eggs, chicken, liver, cheese , nuts etc . dates and soya are also useful

A. hello red snapper fish is not advisable for small kids.. it is found that children under the age of six who regularly eat large, predatory fish, such as shark (which is sold as flake), catfish, snapper or barramundi often have mercury levels up to seven times the safe maximum, which can lead to aggressive and regressive behaviour.
