red red folliculitis on my son's leg and it increases what should I do ?? is it because of allergy on insect bite???

If It is increasing then I’m sure it cannot be a mosquito bite because mosquito bite has a patch at one place only wherever the mosquito has beaten the child I think probably it is some allergy or you should get it checked with your doctor once it could be a skin doctor also and if you need You can pencil to paediatrician as well
