Red colour dots in hand legs and for head, recently I have change the soap from Sebamed baby wants to Himalaya baby so please suggest some treatment

A. it's difficult to advice without seeing or examine skin lesions in this matter of concern.. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management. ok
