Dabur honitus Is the right medicine that you should be giving this time it is completely safe to be given to a child you just have to give it 2.5 ML twice a day for maximum 3 to 5 days not more than that it is one of the most healthy medicines that you can go for since it is an Ayurvedic option you should definitely go for it
