After one year of age, there is no particular diet plan to be followed you should give a nutritious and balanced diet comprising of all food groups to the child. Like chapati, cereals, oats, lentils, peas, beans, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables, add Desi ghee or butter in meals.

Hello.. you can give all mild foods that you prepare for the family....for 12 month old baby you can be giving all fruits including citric fruits..(be careful in order to avoid choking) Vegetables: all vegetables Cereals: all cereals Pulses: all pulses Dairy: all dairy products including cow’s milk Non Vegetarian: all in minced form including beef, pork,egg yolk, chicken.
