Q.

Recently the boiling water poured on my breast. and blister formed. I went to general doctor and they provide me tt and Bob the blister and provided ointment. but I couldn't feed for 2 days and it was engorged and painful. so I Express some and start feed. initially the pain was bearable, but now the upper skin came out and it s painful , I feel very hard to feed. if I didn't feed I get engorged and even that hurts.even the nipple skin came out.plz provide a solution.

A. age of the baby is for months you are a breastfeeding mother definitely it is a problem for you to feed the baby with burn wound allow sometime 8 to 10 days for the process to get healing meantime you can feed the baby from only one breast is milk is inadequate can give some sips of formula feeding

A. Hello parent, Extremely sorry to hear about your accident, try not to feed from the breast which is injured, give time to heal,till then feed from other breast ,pump and feed according to your convenience, dont worry about engorgement.
