recently my kid is not able to sleep She is afraid of sleeping she says she is having bad dreams is this normal how can I help her? at what times I need to visit a doctor

A. She having nightmares is a very common thing to be seen so there is nothing that your doctor can help you within you just have to comfort your child and for some old home remedies or older people used to say that put some iron under the pillow of the child child is sleeping so that the battery will not come so this will help but more than that you need to comfort your child and make your child understand that Just a dream it will go away I am close to you I’ll comfort you nothing will happen because this is a natural thing which is common to be seen with kids to have nightmare
