Recently I noticed my 4.5 year old poop has white in colour partially like white fungus... it's not only one day noticing this for past 2 days ... pic attached .. kindly advice do I need to see a doctor for this? sorry if the pic is embarrassed.. but I am worried about this hence checking..

A. cannot find the picture with question.. you should reach the doctor and follow accordingly as advice... keep baby well hydrated.. you should give coconut water butter milk lassi .. take care
