recently I'm getting leg and knee pain, and felling tired again and again... is their any multi vitamin tonic? plz suggest me

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor syo that he could examine and evhaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Supradinand bcomplex you can take both of them at least for a month and also you should get yourself tested for deficiencies as sometimes these things can happen due to multiple nutritional deficiencies in the body because with age and after delivery women lose a lot from their body
