Q.
recently I have a baby boy ,but the baby suffers with colic pain doctor had advised my to give nogrip drops 3 times in a day but it did not show any relief to him what to do now please give any advice to me so that baby can relex

first , please be relaxed ,its normal and common for newborns to get colic .
i advise to give burp right after each feeding ,its important to prevent this problem.
you may use Babyhug tummy roll on around navel of your baby which help to get relief in this pain
