Q.
Reasons of constipation in children.Even the child is taking proper fruits and vegetables. Don't suggest medicine. Please provide home made remedy.

keep her hydrated by giving her breast milk as well as water
keep.her hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
