Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. they are usually viral fever and occur suddenly. continue to give paracetamol to the child and you can repeat the medicine every 4 to 6 hours and meet the doctor after 2 days if it is not improving
