Q.

Q. My son is 1 and half year old. He is not having rice dal nothing. His food Includes milk of 200ml and small dosa 2 times and small amount of fruits. Is it sufficient for him??

A. not sufficient.. A one year old baby needs 3 main meals + 2 snacks a day. Give breast milk, top milk in between and on demand. With milk intake limited up to 450 ml per day. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. In between meals keep offering healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable sticks. add natural appetizer in his routine.

A. good morning it will be better if he's eating a little bit more I would recommend that you should try to give your baby some natural appetizers to make sure that the baby is feeling a little more hungry
