A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency whhich is most common. Supplemdents like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

Proper diet is going to be the same diet what you are following for yourself basically what I’m trying to say that the regular food that we are preparing it eating on an every day basis is the right food to be given to the child as well you do not have to prepare anything extra separate for the childWrite Your Answer Here
