Prisha is 6month old now, can I start with any fruits and food to her???

A. Once the baby completes 6 months, you can start with one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day initially and then increase gradually. Start with rice Ka Pani or Dal Ka Pani or rice porridge or mashed carrot or any one vegetable puree or clear vegetable soup or stewed pear or stewed apple or any one fruit puree.
